Terms and Conditions

  1. Entertainment™ Books are sold primarily by community and fundraising groups, with 20% of the Book or Digital Membership purchase price retained by the organisation. Book or Digital Memberships can be purchased online via the fundraising organisation’s online order page. 
  2. The barter, trade, sale, purchase, publishing or transfer of this Book or any of its Entertainment™ Offers, Merchant Redemption Codes, or Free Trials, by any person or entity, including but not limited to travel servicers, travel providers, and printers, third party websites, publishers, and distributors of the Book or any of its Vouchers, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorised by Entertainment Publications of Australia Pty. Ltd.  All Entertainment™ Offers are subject to the Entertainment™ Rules of Use.
  3. The Entertainment™ Return policy and guarantee – if for any reason you are not satisfied with your Entertainment™ Membership, you may return the unused Book to our office, within 60 days of purchase, or for the Entertainment™ Digital Membership contact our office for a full refund. A proof of purchase is required.
  4. Secure Payments for additional Entertainment™ Memberships and Member-only offers available on the website can be made securely with a credit card at www.entertainmentbook.com.au.   5. All costs quoted on www.entertainmentbook.com.au are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
  6. Delivery times for additional Entertainment™ Book purchases are 7 to 10 working days if issued by Standard Delivery, or 2 to 3 days for Express delivery.  
  7. Delivery time for Member offers vary for any purchases made on any of our partners' websites (businesses featured within the Entertainment™program), refer to the delivery times provided in the order confirmation.
  8. You are required to activate your Entertainment™ Gold Card or Digital Membership to access Member-only offers and content on the Members' area of the Website (www.entertainmentbook.com.au).
  9. For information on data collection and privacy please refer to the Entertainment Publications’ Privacy Policy.
  10. From time to time Entertainment Publications, as well as the partners who provide offers on this Site, may use practices designed to identify fraudulent activity, to ensure Entertainment™ Members are best protected.  These practices may include suspending Member access to this Site and the offers until the concern is resolved.  We thank you for your co-operation and hope you continue to enjoy your Entertainment™ Membership.
  11. All Entertainment™ products, customised products, as well as the partners who provide offers on this Site, are subject to availability. Entertainment™ takes no responsibility for any products, services, or promotions that are discounted, sold out or temporarily unavailable.
  12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
